Boardwalk Apartments – Kirkland, WA
Vertical VS partnered with W.G. Clark Construction and Baylis Architects on this Mixed-Use Development in the heart of Kirkland. The Boardwalk signage has a hint of the nautical theme throughout, integrating the branding in the exterior signage with Lumicor and embedded fabric to give a nod to the nautical theme. This property boasts a separate amenity location with custom window vinyl graphics, a lobby display, and interior garage graphics where residents can rent kayaks and bikes.
Spur Apartments – InCity Properties – Seattle, WA – Interior and Exterior Signage, Historical Wall Display Map, Lobby Wall Display
Vertical VS partnered with InCity Properties and W.G. Clark Construction to develop a unique look for the signage that integrated the brand throughout the building. From exterior to interior, it is clear that Spur has made a name for itself. The custom Historical Map provides residents and visitors a glimpse of the history of the Rail Spur Railroad that existed near this property, which is now known as the Burke-Gilman Trail.
Maris Apartments – Legacy Partners - Seattle, WA – Interior and Exterior Signage, Garage Wayfinding, and Environmental Graphics
Vertical VS had the pleasure of partnering with Legacy Partners and Compass Construction in the development of a complete signage package. West Seattle, the home of Maris, a multi-family property, displays what classic and timeless signage is. With the use of walnut wood and blackened metal for the interior signage, a clean, classic look emerged and inspired the exterior to continue this look. The final piece that pulled this project together was the interior garage wayfinding and wall mural, creating an inviting entry to the Leasing Center.
